We are looking for an Industrial Buyer (M/F). You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supplier panel to ensure the availability of components required for our production activities.
Senstronic group is an international technological company designing and manufacturing detection-based solutions and the associated connectors for control equipment and vehicles. 
 
While our headquarters and R&D are based in France and our four production plants in Europe, we distribute our products at worldwide level (Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico) with a strong presence in the automotive industry, serving major global players. We are also developing sensors in other sectors such as agriculture machinery and railway industry.

In order to support the growth of Senstronic Italy SRL., our Italian subsidiary, we are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Specialist. 
Responsibilities
Purchasing Strategy 
  • Implement the Group purchasing strategy.
  • Define and monitor the purchasing budget.
  • Establish and analyze performance indicators (costs, savings, delivery times, quality).

Supplier Management 
  • Identify, select and qualify new international suppliers.
  • Manage a supplier portfolio (electronic, mechanical and plastic components).
  • Ensure reliability and diversification of the supplier base.

Negotiation & Contracts
  • Launch and manage tenders.
  • Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier contracts.
  • Draft and monitor purchasing contracts.

Operational Purchasing
  • Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Ensure the availability of components for production.
  • Manage subcontractors and monitor their production capacity.
  • Manage purchasing-related resources (molds, tools and production equipment).

Internal Collaboration
You will work closely with internal teams including Management, R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Sales.
Desired profile
  •  Higher education degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in industrial purchasing.
  • Good knowledge of electronic, mechanical or plastic components.
  • Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Professional level of English required.
