The SENSTRONIC Group (hereinafter referred to as "SENSTRONIC" or "we") places great importance on protecting the privacy and individual freedoms of individuals and is committed to ensuring such protection in compliance with applicable legislation, particularly the provisions of European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the "Regulation"). 
This Recruitment Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") is intended to transparently inform candidates (hereinafter "you" or "your") about the principles governing how we collect, use, share, retain, and secure your personal data during our recruitment activities. 
The term "personal data" refers to any information that can identify you, directly or indirectly, such as your first and last name, postal or email address, telephone number, or curriculum vitae (CV). 
The term "processing" refers to any operation performed on such data, including collection, recording, use, or storage.

This Policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out by SENSTRONIC as part of its recruitment activities through: 
  • The submission of unsolicited applications by post, email, or via our website (hereinafter the "Website");
  • Applications submitted in response to job postings published on our Website.


2. Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data as part of our candidate selection and recruitment management process, particularly to review your curriculum vitae and cover letter, which may be sent to us by mail, email, or through our Website.

3. Processing Methods
As stated above, we process your personal data during our recruitment operations. We may therefore collect the information you provide through your curriculum vitae and cover letter when you submit an unsolicited application or respond to job opportunities made available on our Website.

The categories of personal data that may be collected when you apply through the Website include:

·         Middle name;
·         Date of birth;
·         Postal address;
·         Telephone number;
·         Email address;
·         Curriculum vitae (CV);
·         Cover letter.

As indicated on the collection forms, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

In addition to this information, other supporting documents or information may be requested as the recruitment process progresses, such as diplomas, academic transcripts, driver's licenses, certifications, authorizations, etc.

The personal data collected as part of the recruitment process may be shared with our internal departments, including Human Resources, managers, and the relevant operational teams.

In this context, unless you object, your data will be retained for a period of two (2) years from the date it is made available to us.

4. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union
No. Candidates connect directly through our website starting from April 26.

We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of your personal data. Accordingly, we strive to implement appropriate technical, logical, and organizational measures to ensure a level of security that is proportionate to the risks associated with processing your data.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to:
·         Access and correct your personal data (right of access and rectification);
·         Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data within the Tool (withdrawal of consent);
·         Object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds (right to object);
·         Within the limits provided by law, request that the processing of your data be restricted or that your data be erased (right to restriction and right to erasure);
·         Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format in order to transmit it to another data controller (right to data portability).

To verify your identity and prevent disclosure of your data to third parties (risk of identity theft), we kindly ask that you attach a legible copy of your identity card to your request, or provide any other document or information that allows us to verify your identity.
