We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Automotive Sector to actively contribute to our strategic growth.

Mission
 As a Key Account Manager France, you will drive and develop strategic accounts within the automotive industry.

Strategic Account Development
  • Define and implement an ambitious commercial strategy
  • Increase market share and revenue
  • Position Senstronic as a key partner

Key Account Management
  • Develop and lead account development plans in collaboration with Sales Management
  • Manage complex negotiations (annual/multi-year agreements)
  • Identify new growth drivers and create sustainable value

Customer Relationship & Expertise
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Management, Purchasing, Project Teams, Plants, etc.)
  • Understand customer challenges and decision-making processes
  • Provide technical expertise and advise on our solutions
  • Maintain a strong field presence and stay at the heart of customer interactions

Project Follow-up & Performance
  • Ensure the successful execution of customer projects
  • Monitor KPIs and commercial performance
  • Report activities in CRM tools and ensure smooth internal communication

Business Development
  • Identify high-potential new accounts
  • Analyze the market and map opportunities
  • Secure new strategic business deals
Desired profile
 Technical Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive / automation / sensors / industrial equipment
  • Strong expertise in complex negotiations
  • Solid technical background in mechanics, electronics, and automation
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects
  • Fluent French (C1) and professional English (B2) required
