We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence and support our growth.
 
A technology company operating in the fields of industrial electronics and automation, Senstronic designs, manufactures, and distributes its products worldwide. 
Our headquarters is based in France, with production sites across Europe. With a strong global presence through our subsidiaries (Germany, Spain, the United States, Italy, South Africa, Brazil, and Mexico), we primarily collaborate with major players in the automotive industry while expanding into other sectors such as agricultural machinery and rail. 
The company is experiencing steady growth and stands out for its ability to deliver highly innovative solutions and provide excellence to its customers. 
Mission
 As a true technical and commercial ambassador for Senstronic, your role will be to: 
  • Develop and expand a client portfolio (automotive OEMs, tier suppliers, and industrial players)
  • Promote our technical solutions through client meetings, demonstrations, and presentations
  • Advise customers by providing high-level technical expertise and contribute to optimizing their production processes
  • Manage full B2B sales cycles: prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Oversee projects in collaboration with internal teams and international partners
  • Ensure regular reporting via CRM (Salesforce) and monitor your KPIs

Desired profile
 
Education:
Engineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)

Experience: 
  • Experience in an industrial environment is preferred, ideally within the automotive sector (OEMs / suppliers)
  • Knowledge of technical environments and solution-based selling

Key Strengths:
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Pragmatic, autonomous, and results-driven approach
  • Ability to understand and solve technical challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Languages:
  • Fluent French
  • Professional English (minimum B2 level)
  • Additional languages (German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus
  • Driving license required (company car provided)
