Group Financial Controller (M/F)

To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a Group Financial Controller who will play a key role in financial performance management, supporting our international entities, and contributing to strategic decision-making at Group level.

Mission
 Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will support the Finance Department in monitoring the Group’s financial performance and contributing to strategic decision-making. 

Responsibilities
 
  •  Prepare and analyze Group financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key performance indicators) 
  • Develop and enhance financial and operational dashboards 
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing activities, statutory consolidation, and subsidiary performance analysis 
  •  Coordinate the budgeting process and periodic forecasts 
  •  Support subsidiaries in monitoring and improving their financial performance 
  • Develop and automate reporting tools in collaboration with IT teams 
  •  Contribute to the continuous improvement of Group financial processes 
  • Support the financial integration of newly acquired companies 
  • Conduct ad hoc financial audits and process improvement reviews within subsidiaries 
Desired profile
 
  • Master's degree (Master’s / MSc) in Finance, Audit, Controlling, or Business Administration 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial audit, corporate controlling, or group financial controlling 
  • Strong knowledge of:
    - Financial reporting 
    - Budgetary control 
    - Consolidation 
    - General and cost accounting 
    - Inventory accounting and management in an industrial environment 
  • Excellent command of data analysis and reporting tools 
  • Fluent English is mandatory
