As part of our growth, we are looking for an Application Administrator to join our IT team and contribute to the evolution of our information systems.

At the heart of our information system, you will play a key role as the interface between business teams and the IT application team.
Your objective:
- Ensure the performance, reliability, and evolution of our applications (ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS…)
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our information system
🔹 Application administration & performance
- Ensure application availability and performance
- Configure and enhance tools based on business needs
- Manage incidents and ensure service continuity
🔹 Data flows & integration
- Monitor interfaces between applications
- Contribute to the development of data flows (API, EDI, middleware…)
- Analyze and resolve anomalies
🔹 User support
- Provide technical and functional support
- Train and support users
- Contribute to documentation
🔹 Data & reporting
- Ensure data reliability and consistency
- Support BI tools (Power BI, Qlik…)
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making
🔹 Security & governance
- Manage user access and roles
- Contribute to data security and GDPR compliance
- Support backup monitoring and system availability
🔹 Projects & continuous improvement
- Participate in IT projects
- Support the deployment of new tools
- Proactively suggest improvements
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT / Information Systems
Initial experience appreciated (internship, apprenticeship, or first role)
Key skills:
- ERP (Infor LN is a plus)
- SQL / databases
- Data flows (API, EDI, SFTP…)
- BI tools (Power BI, Qlik…)
Languages:
- Professional English required
- A second language is a plus (Italian, Spanish, or German)
