Application review
Once received, your application is reviewed by the Human Resources team. 
Initial contact
An initial contact may be made by the Human Resources team, usually by email or phone, to clarify certain aspects of your application, such as your mobility, availability, and expectations.

Interviews
Following the initial selection, you will meet with the relevant manager and HR representatives to assess your skills and how well your profile aligns with the company’s values.

The number of interviews may vary depending on the position (typically 2 to 3).
Decision
The final decision is made jointly by the manager and the Human Resources team.
Job offer
A written offer is sent to the selected candidate by the Human Resources department.
