Senstronic is strengthening its international presence with the acquisition of the German company Metallux and two Italian firms, Selet Sensors and LCA Ballauri, both based in the Piedmont region. This operation brings the Group’s number of production sites in Europe to five.
Thanks to these acquisitions, Senstronic is broadening its range of industrial sensors and reinforcing its position in key markets such as automotive, rail, and embedded sensors, bringing together nearly 450 employees across Europe.
This development marks a decisive step in the Group’s strategy to establish Senstronic as a leading European player in the field of innovative sensor technologies.
